1. Log in your account on the Bezel Platform and tap [Dashboard] – [Claim].
2. Specify the BTC amount you want to claim and enter your BTC wallet address for the withdraw. Please choose the wallet address carefully and make sure that the selected address is a Bitcoin address. If you enter the wrong address or network, you will lose your funds.
3. Double check if the BTC amount your entered is the same of the Total BTC amount you will withdraw. After you enter your BTC amount, press [Calculate] and your Total BTC amount will appear. Agree with the claim and withdrawal conditions and proceed.
4. After confirming the withdrawal request, please wait patiently for the transfer to be processed by our team. It takes time for the transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain. The confirmation time varies depending on the blockchain and its current network traffic. The funds will be credited to your wallet address shortly after.
5. You can check the status of your transaction with any Bitcoin blockchain explorer like blockchair.com. Just insert your reference code or transaction hash. If your transaction is confirmed, Bitcoin will be credited to your wallet address. If your transaction is rejected, please contact our support team. There’s probably something wrong and we will provide you assistance.
